My name is Debbie Barr, and I write fantasy for young readers. My current project is "Half-Baked Magic," a middle grade fantasy about the magical mishaps of a girl who works in her family's bakery. Cute boys, giant insects and baked goods abound.
I've recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in English, and am currently working as a children's bookseller in Indiana where I live with my husband, George.
